If you’re in the market for one of our finest apartments in Happy Valley Oregon, you may be in luck. Altamont Summit Apartment Homes is one of the nicest places I’ve seen around lately. You might say I’m a sort of connoisseur of apartment hunting of late. Yes, my friends are now posting my name with a link all around the region as the “go to” guy of apartment hunting. My phone keeps running out of juice, as well as my voice, so, I’ve taken to pen and keyboard and PC.
The thing about Altamont and the other luxury homes we have here is the perfect blend of incredible amenities, classic beauty in craftsmanship, and customer service, with maybe a touch of abundantly magical landscapes. Heck, the scenery alone is almost worth the effort it takes to score with one of these beauties.
Unfortunately, it is getting tougher and tougher to find vacant apartments in Happy Valley Oregon. I’ve pondered and pondered, but I just cannot figure out just why we are seemingly having that housing crisis everyone keeps talking about. You know, it’s everywhere. If you walk into a Starbucks’s, you’ll hear conversations. If you turn on local news or pick up one of the local newspapers, you’ll see it. Your neighbors and your friends sit around and debate whether it’s the city’s fault, the Feds, the big or little real estate developers, or even the residents.
Apartments in happy valley OR area, are going the way of all large to mid-sized regions: not enough in quantity, quality, space, or distance.
- Quantity: Not enough unoccupied apartment homes to meet the demand
- Quality: as time goes on, quality of available apartments declines if upkeep is not continuous.
- Space: no more physical room for growth, the only way is up
- Distance: inhibitive distances to work, school, or shopping
Enough of the doom and gloom, let’s focus on my favorite place in all of Happy Valley. Whoever decided to put that community up against Mt. Scott wins my vote for “Incredible Feats of apartments in happy valley OR”! A panoramic view of the beautiful skyline of Downtown Portland with a substantial backdrop of the lush neighboring forest is visionary.
Floor plans with one or two bedrooms at Altamont Summit are offered with three styling options: classic, premium, and luxury. Various options to choose from are natural wood cabinetry, designer countertops, stainless steel sinks, high-end light fixtures, distressed hardwood style flooring, and faux Berber carpet throughout the place.
My favorite spot in all of Altamont Summit – actually, in all apartments in Happy Valley Oregon – is the swimming pool, with its resort-style fully furnished sundeck. Since I have a pet, I also enjoy the huge dog park. This thing has bench seating, for when you get tired walking along the long path, or watching your pup play in the play area with his doggie friends.
Yes, you can say I refuse; refuse to contribute to the sad housing shortage and crisis in the area by staying put. I’m not going anywhere for a very long time!
